Now treating everyone.
Anthony's career spans some of Australia's most demanding sporting environments — from AFL sidelines and European pelotons to national basketball programs and professional dance companies.
The techniques, protocols and treatment philosophy developed across those environments are what he now brings to every client at Complx — regardless of whether you're a professional athlete or someone who needs their back fixed.
"I went to see Anthony for the first time in December due to severe back spasm. After my initial visit, I knew Anthony was exactly what I needed. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough and I'm sure if it wasn't for Anthony I wouldn't have recovered as quickly as I did. Thanks for taking care of me and the amazing chats we had during my treatment. Cheers Ross"

Myotherapy is a form of physical therapy that assesses and treats muscular pain, dysfunction and injury. A session starts with assessment of your movement, muscle function and pain triggers, and can include dry needling, cupping and hands-on treatment. You leave with a targeted plan, not just a rub-down.
Your initial consultation runs 60 minutes. Anthony takes your history, assesses how you move, and works out what’s actually driving the problem before treating it. Treatment happens in the same session and you finish with a plan and self-management strategies. He’s direct and hands-on — he’ll tell you what he finds.
Most people feel a brief cramp or twitch as the needle reaches a trigger point, then a release of tension. The needles are very fine and the sensation is short-lived. Anthony explains the technique first and checks in throughout.
It depends on the problem and how long you’ve had it. Acute issues often settle in two to three sessions. Chronic or long-standing pain usually needs an initial block followed by maintenance. Anthony gives you a clear plan at your first appointment rather than an open-ended schedule.
