  • Basic Strength – Understanding your current strength levels.

This helps us build a program that fits your body and your goals.

Step 3: Intro Workout

If you’re comfortable, we’ll begin a light introductory workout. This isn’t about intensity—it’s about:

  • Starting where you are

  • Building confidence

  • Moving safely with proper form

You’ll leave the session with a clear plan, including how often you should train, recovery options, and lifestyle recommendations.
